							I think the whole welcome to the neighborhood is really nice,and the security is so great, I love that my unit has a balcony for my dog and me, and everything is so new to use really nice and clean place

							Recently moved into the Elmview apartments about 3 weeks ago, and i have to say its a SUPER nice and quiet complex, Herzog made my moving process simple and easy! will be recommending to others to come check it out!!

							1. Steve landlord is the best guy to work with. 2. Maintenance man very helpful and personable with quick response (>1hr.) 3. Rent is affordable. 4. They actually care about their properties and your stay there. All the bad reviews are a bit sketchy to me and caution should be taken while reading them.
